Shipping Policy

At ZeroLactix, we offer our customers a range of delivery options at checkout. Delivery times for each option are clearly displayed, allowing you to make an informed decision when checking out.

Delivery times are estimated and provided by our delivery service providers. We process and ship orders in the morning from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), that is to say that we carry out the last quality control and the packaging of the package to then ship it.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email (if you cannot find it, please check your spam/junk mail). We ask you to check that the delivery address is correct, in case of error, please notify us by email contact@zerolactix.com and this, before the shipment of the order.

In case of error in the delivery address, the package will be returned to the distribution center of the postal service, only the customer will be responsible and he will be asked to pay for a new delivery.

We ship directly from our suppliers and manufacturers located around the world. We have a reliable logistics network to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Once an order has left our warehouses, it is the carrier's responsibility to ensure that it is delivered on time. In the event of a delay, please contact us by email contact@zerolactix.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

ZeroLactix cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, transport problems, political events or customs delays. However, we will do our best to quickly resolve any delivery issues.

Free delivery

We offer free economy delivery on orders between 130 and 500 euros, when advertised.

Pre-orders

Delivery times for pre-order items are approximate and are dependent on timely receipt of stock from our suppliers. In rare cases, suppliers may experience delays beyond their control, resulting in late or partial deliveries of inventory. In this case, orders may leave our warehouse later than expected. In case of delay, please contact us by email contact@zerolactix.com, and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Pre-order shipping times

Please note that shipping times for pre-orders may vary and are subject to change.

International and European orders

International express shipping may take up to 8-12 business days from dispatch date or longer depending on delivery issues or delays in your country. Global supply chain challenges may also affect shipping times in some cases.

We ship worldwide with no additional duties or taxes due upon delivery - the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. If you are charged a fee before delivery, contact our support department at contact@zerolactix.com, and we'll make sure they're covered. We strive to deliver within the shipping windows displayed when ordering. For remote areas, please wait until the last days of your delivery window before contacting us about your delivery.

Trades

To request an exchange, please contact us by email contact@zerolactix.com, and we will organize the return of your product and process the exchange.

Returns

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from ZeroLactix. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Products must be returned unworn, unused and undamaged in their original packaging. A restocking fee will be charged for opened and used products.

Returns are only accepted for purchases made online at www.zerolactix.com or equivalent subdomains and are not accepted for items purchased from third party distributors.

To make a return, please contact us by email contact@zerolactix.com and return your item(s) to the address listed below. Be sure to include your return address on the back of the package and highlight your order number on the outside. Inside the package, enclose a copy of your invoice, clearly indicating the item(s) you wish to return for a refund.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before the order has been dispatched (every morning from Monday to Friday (except holidays)). If the order is dispatched, you will have to wait patiently for the delivery of your package and return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Defective Items

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. If a product is found to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement. You must provide proof of purchase and we reserve the right to inspect the item to determine if it is faulty.

If the product was damaged during delivery, contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt with a photo as proof. If you do not, you risk losing your right to insurance for shipping costs and not receiving compensation.

If a product is found to be defective, a replacement product will be shipped while supplies last, or a voucher or refund will be issued. You will receive a response for claims for defective products within 10-15 business days of the arrival of the product at the return address listed above. For faulty or damaged goods, please enclose a copy of the postage receipt. We will refund shipping costs if the product is found to be defective after examination.

  • Customers are responsible for filling out the return form correctly.
  • You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package.
  • ZeroLactix is ​​not responsible for products lost in transit, but will do everything possible to resolve the problem.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days from the day your package is returned to us for your account to be credited.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
